Regional Housing Projects

• There are serious housing challenges in the regions. A lack of affordable new housing along with high construction costs make developing new housing difficult. In many instances regional housing growth is constrained by a lack of new housing. And lastly, the existing housing tends to be old and configured in traditional 3 bedroom 1 bathroom arrangements that many people don't desire. We consider this an opportunity. Modular housing solutions have improved in both quality and affordability. We have worked with our key modular partners to design a range of standard 1 and 2 bedroom solutions which provide great living solutions at an affordable price point. We are therefore able to create boutique unit developments using our designs on appropriately sized and located land.
• We assess each opportunity using our own feasibility calculator which is based on our knowledge of the time and costs involved in housing projects. Exiting regional housing can be problematic so we develop an exit strategy as part of every investment opportunity.
