Key Worker Accommodation

We are committed to regional areas and one of the major constraints on economic development in the regions is the provision of accommodation for key workers. We work with regional Councils, State Government entities (hospitals, schools and the like) and key regional employers to provide housing solutions in areas where the market has been unable to deliver housing. When we partner with key employers we understand two things. One, that we are providing living and housing solutions for people - cheap and nasty is not a solution. Our housing solutions are focused on being nice places to live and stay. Two, that as investors and developers it is our job to solve problems and take risks. We are proactive in identifying and solving problems through the entire lifecycle from site acquisition to operations. Our projects are underpinned by long term lease agreements, usually with the employers. The duration can be as short as 5 years. The commitment to the lease term facilitates the investment of our capital. We work closely with you to develop the required solutions which respond the specific needs of your employees.
